20+ Hydraulic Machines
A machine park spanning 5-ton to 100-ton hydraulic and mechanical presses delivers 70 tons of monthly brass-forming capacity. Any customer geometry, any batch size.


Brass & Copper
High-purity CuZn brass and copper alloys sourced exclusively from certified suppliers. Every incoming lot is chemically analysed against OEKO-TEX and REACH requirements. Material traceability starts before production begins.


5+ Casting Units
Dedicated melting furnaces and pressure die-casting machines handle zamak and brass alloy casting. Mold design precedes series production for every new part. An extensive in-house tooling library shortens lead times.


8+ Machining Centers
Auto-fed 3-axis CNC equipment machines screw channels, bore dimensions, and surface profiles to 0.01 mm tolerance. Consistent output, batch to batch.


3 Electrochemical Lines
Three electrochemical lines apply nickel, chrome, gold, antique, matte, and gloss finishes. All chemical baths are maintained in compliance with REACH directives and OEKO-TEX standards. Colour delta is measured and recorded per batch.


10+ Measurement Devices
Every production batch is sampled against ISO 9001 documented procedures. Dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, and plating thickness are measured with calibrated instruments — CMM, spectrophotometer, plating gauge. Zero-defect dispatch target.
