20+ Hydraulic Machines
Brass Pressing
A machine park spanning 5-ton to 100-ton hydraulic and mechanical presses delivers 70 tonnes of monthly brass-forming capacity. Any customer geometry, any batch size.
Brass & Copper
Raw Material
High-purity CuZn brass and copper alloys sourced exclusively from certified suppliers. Every incoming lot is chemically analysed against OEKO-TEX and REACH requirements. Material traceability starts before production begins.
5+ Casting Units
Mold Design
Every product is modelled in 3D with SolidWorks before entering series production. We design and manufacture pressure die-casting and brass pressing molds in-house. This approach cuts costs and lets us deliver prototypes faster than competitors.
8+ Machining Centers
CNC Machining
Auto-fed 3-axis CNC equipment machines screw channels, bore dimensions, and surface profiles to 0.01 mm tolerance. Consistent output, batch to batch.
3 Electrochemical Lines
Surface Plating
Three electrochemical lines apply nickel, chrome, gold, antique, matte, and gloss finishes. All chemical baths are maintained in compliance with REACH directives and OEKO-TEX standards. Colour delta is measured and recorded per batch.
10+ Measurement Devices
Quality Control
Every production batch is sampled against ISO 9001 documented procedures. Dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, and plating thickness are measured with calibrated instruments — CMM, spectrophotometer, plating gauge. Zero-defect dispatch target.
Careful & Secure
Packaging
Every product goes through a customer-specification packaging process to guarantee damage-free delivery. Orders prepared with polybag, blister, box, and custom packaging options pass through a final inspection step before shipment.
On-Time Delivery
Shipping
Orders are delivered on the agreed date through our domestic and international logistics network. Palletization, labeling, and customs documentation are prepared in-house. Every shipment is tracked with a tracking number.
