As Dikmen Düğme ve Aksesuar ("Dikmen Metal", "Company"), acting as the data controller under the Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. This privacy notice has been prepared to explain the purposes for which personal data collected through our website is processed, to whom it may be transferred, and the rights you hold under the KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients for the purposes set out above, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure service providers (whose servers may be located abroad),
  • E-mail infrastructure providers that facilitate the delivery of contact form messages (whose servers may be located abroad),
  • Competent public authorities and institutions upon request, as required by our legal obligations.

Transfers abroad are carried out in compliance with the conditions set forth in Article 9 of the KVKK.

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions provided for in the KVKK,
  • To request that correction, deletion, and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result arising against you from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your data.

9. Application and Contact

To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you may submit your requests together with information verifying your identity by e-mail to info@dikmenmetal.com or in writing to our postal address stated above. Your applications will be concluded within thirty days at the latest, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK.
