Molding

First Stage of Production

Raw material is melted and pressure-cast into custom tooling. An extensive in-house mold library cuts setup time. For every new product: mold design precedes series production — no exceptions.

Molding
02

Pressing

Shaping

Hydraulic presses with 70-ton monthly capacity form button and rivet profiles to specified geometry. Micron-level mold calibration holds tolerances across the full production run.

Pressing
03

Machining

CNC Precision

Screw channels, bore holes, and surface profiles are machined to 0.01 mm tolerance on auto-fed CNC equipment. Tight machining at this stage ensures clean assembly downstream.

Machining
04

Surface Treatment

Plating & Finishing

Electrochemical plating in nickel, chrome, gold, antique, matte, and gloss finishes. All chemical baths comply with OEKO-TEX standards and EU REACH directives. Colour consistency is verified per batch.

Quality Control

ISO 9001 Procedures

Every batch is sampled for dimensional, surface, and pull-strength compliance. ISO 9001 documentation creates a complete traceability record from raw material to finished goods. Target: zero defects at dispatch.
