Founded in Istanbul in 1994, Dikmen Metal manufactures metal accessories for the textile and apparel industry. Every process — molding, pressing, CNC machining, plating, and assembly — runs in-house at our İkitelli facility.
The product range covers 15 sectors: denim and jeans, baby and children's wear, casual apparel, sports and outdoor, tent and awning. Each order enters a formal planning cycle before production begins.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — Class I (baby products) — certifications are held and maintained. These are audited annually, not filed away.
Manufacturing Stages
First Stage of Production
An extensive in-house mold library cuts lead times. Every new product starts with mold design — series production follows.
Shaping
70-ton monthly hydraulic press capacity. Button and rivet profiles are formed to customer geometry at this stage.
Final Product
Electrochemical plating — nickel, chrome, gold, antique, matte, or gloss — applied per OEKO-TEX and REACH standards.
Reliable Delivery
Inventory tracked and allocated per order. Shipment plans are set at intake — not improvised at dispatch.
Order Workflow
Every order detail is captured before a single machine runs. Specifications, quantities, and delivery windows are confirmed upfront.
Production is scheduled against your order and formal work orders are issued to each station before manufacturing begins.
Molding, pressing, CNC machining, surface plating, and assembly are all performed in-house. No subcontracting, no handoffs.
Every batch passes dimensional and surface QC before dispatch. We ship by your preferred method — domestic or international.
