Bringing a new accessory product to life starts with mold design. At Dikmen Metal, the product development process consists of a systematic chain running from the technical drawing or physical sample received from the customer through to serial production.
In the first stage, the product geometry is modeled in three dimensions using SolidWorks software. Both aesthetic and mechanical durability requirements are considered at this stage. Once modeling is complete, mold design begins. Molds are produced to precise dimensions in CNC machining centers.
When the mold is ready, the first production samples are made. These samples are subjected to dimensional inspection, pull testing, and coating performance testing. Following customer approval, serial production begins. Thanks to our extensive mold library, fast delivery times are possible for standard designs.
