Dikmen Metal was founded in Istanbul in 1995 with a strong vision and a production focus directed at the textile accessories sector. At that time, Turkey's garment and denim exports were growing rapidly, but domestic metal accessory production was struggling to meet the sector's rising quality expectations. Identifying this gap, Ömer Dikmen made his first investments in brass press stamping and electroplating.
The first five years following the founding were a period of consolidating product quality and production infrastructure. The first export, which took place in 2000, was the most significant milestone of this period. Germany and Italy were the first two countries to which Dikmen Metal opened its doors internationally. The technical requirements and quality standards of the European market systematically transformed the factory.
The PRYM Group partnership, which began in 2008, was a defining moment for Dikmen Metal. As part of the relationship established with one of the world's leading textile accessories groups, Ömer Dikmen assumed the chairmanship of the PRYM Turkey board of directors. Over eleven years, Dikmen Metal came into direct contact with international production standards and underwent a fundamental transformation in quality management, process control, and product development.
After completing the PRYM tenure in 2019, Dikmen Metal directed all of its institutional energy toward its own brand. This decision brought significant investments. The establishment of a SolidWorks-based mould design infrastructure, the expansion of CNC machining capacity, and the launch of the OEKO-TEX certification process were the tangible outcomes of this period.
Today, Dikmen Metal operates from a 2,000 m² facility in the İkitelli Organised Industrial Zone with a brass pressing capacity of approximately 70 tonnes per month. Exporting to 12 countries, serving over 50 reference brands, and holding three international ISO certifications, the company brings thirty years of accumulated expertise to every product it makes.
